coinaddict1795 Valued Member United States 301 Posts	Posted 04/11/2014 10:56 pm Believe it or not this was a tip from a client of mine. It was wrapped in plastic in a ring box. I'm considering having it Certified, was hoping for some expert opinions, plus its hard to grade your own sometimes. All opinions are appreciated!! Take into consideration my scanner is old.
