Help Grading A Few Coins + 1893 Dbl 9?

I have these three coins. two need grading, and the third ids a 1893 penny. I believe it has been polished (sad to say) when I bought it, but I strongly think it is a dbl 9 version.
It does not really show it in the picture but hopefully you guys can see a small second strike at the left side of the bottom half of the 9.

Your 1916 looks like AU-50 to me and the small cent EF-40
Just seeing the date of the '93 does look as if it was polished.
