OK, I burst out in laughter when I seen this, and I am sure you will also.

Who thinks this is a Doubled Die...Raise yer hands ?!

This is so stupid extreme that the sides of the letters nearly go all the way to the rim. The gradually decline in height as it heads towards the rim. The "E" "R" and "I" are by far the worse.

Now Machine Doubling in my house will never be the same !

I would say Die Deterioration.

yep, I agree, Die Deterioration is probably it.

Its somewhat extreme. The die is way past VLDS (Very Late Die State). As the coin is hammered I am sure the flow of metal acts all sorts of weird since the metal has plenty of room to move around.

I thought the " Machine Doubling" name would bring in more lookers, since many are familiar wit that phrase. In any event, the coin has issues and of course worth just a cent. = )
