I don't have my resources in front of me at the moment. If it's one of the extremely rare varieties, they rarely come on the market but even @ $6K is pretty remarkable.

It appears to be RR-37, Bressett 10-M per Whitman Encyclopedia of Colonial And Early American Coins. 6 known to-date, this would be a 7th....? Very rare. Those bidding on this coin know what it is.

Based on the $5 items this seller usually sells, and the $2 shipping on this coin, I bet he is jumping up and down like he won the lottery.

That might be one of the most expensive coins I have seen on ebay @ nearly $30 grand...

I'm not sure about the shipping method but paypal should have the payment delivered to the seller by Ed McMahon.
