Not sure, but I think it's a nose hair complete with booger and yes, it's under the lens.

I will not say send it back. Rinse with acetone and put it back in the lens.

I assume that I should take it totally out of the lens. The lens, I believe is ABS which doesn't do well with acetone.

Yes. The lens should come apart very easily, just be careful and patient.

Was that the 2014 full proof set Silver set?


Now I'm going to have to check mine out when it gets in.

Yes, not the LE, but the regular one they just released. I had assumed that these were assembled in a clean room by people with gowns, masks and hair nets, but I guess not.
