I'm in the MS-64 FB camp as well.

From the look of the holder I'd say PCGS but not 100% sure on it.

I forgot to add that the coin has die rotation.. 3rd picture shows the rotation.. not sure if that is 15 or 30..and it's hiding one more detail that is listed on the label.

Here is the grade.. I know it's not NGC or PCGS but I have heard (readed) that someone submitted 6 different graded coins from SEGS to PCGS and all but one kept there grade.. the one was bagged for surface issues, so I feel pretty good about the grade.
