Is this a die break? Definite raised metal from the one to the zero. Not a scratch. My scanner has a hard time showing it. Much better with a loop. Raised metal across part of the zero. Let me know what you think. Then we will take it a bit farther. Thanks-

OK. One probable mint error. What is the likelihood that a coin with a mint error would also suffer PMD? I found this coin in circulation. I believe that all of the problems with this coin happened at the mint. Just my opinion. I am putting it in the? drawer. I posted this coin on May 12 and it was told all was probably all PMD. I don't think so-. Any other ideas?

Yup...I see PMD all the way. Look at the damage to the rim and then look at how the scratch starts and gets deeper into the coin. You can see a different color there and where the other metal is peeled up.
