westcoin Pillar of the Community United States 9796 Posts	Posted 05/20/2014 6:53 pm VF35+ market grades would be EF40 no problem. I'm a bit picky with my Two Cent coins, almost to 1000 of them now. Generally ANA standards are a full "WE" to make EF which this coin has, the reverse holds it back a touch for me the little dig to the side of the 2 and the old scratch or ding across the shield. But I'd have no problem calling this as EF40 if I was selling it or buying it. Is that 4 slightly repunched? (look inside the vertical line). "Buy the Book Before You Buy the Coin" - Aaron R.
