Reverse is MS-64 but I'm afraid the obverse would keep the coin at 63.

Of the 12 coins I submitted, this is the only one that was a surprise (in the bad way). It doesn't have the obvious hairlines most cleaned coins have. At least the lesson was not that expensive!

I am surprised it graded ms 60 I would have thought ms 62 to ms 63...
