steve123 Pillar of the Community Canada 805 Posts	Posted 05/21/2014 9:04 pm When I had received it, the previous owner graded as Fine. The hair under the ear is solid, and the segments of the braid are still clear. That's why I was originally thinking an F12. The hair to the left of the laurel leaves is visible, although light, throughout. The legend is worn, but not worn through anywhere. I thought the consensus would be an F12, however, I have extremely limited grading skills on Newfoundland coins. Report this Post to the Staff
