There have been quite a few threads lately on 7070 albums and soon an upcoming 7070 days of thread. Here is what mine looks like so far (saving individual coin photos for the days of thread). I have three holes to fill and 3 coins I'd like to upgrade (but probably won't), those being the classic head large cent, Capped Bust quarter and legend obverse Half Dime. I have other sets to work on, and don't really feel like upgrading because of overlap. I would like to finish the gold page though. Here it is! Grades are all over the place, but I tried to get coins that showed a minimum level of detail for each.

So close you can taste it with only three spots left! Quite a nice collection there, can't wait to see some of the close ups on the days of thread.

That's actually a pretty nice set. You're actually not missing anything major, the challenge will be the Draped Bust Dime, a Trade dollar in VF and a 20 cent in F-EF shouldn't be too hard.

Looking really good! You are in sight of the finish line and that is quite an accomplishment.

Is there a story behind the clad dime? Looks dark and worn and it's not like you couldn't pick a shiny one out of change.

KenKat, the clad dime is just at a bad angle for the camera, I pulled a new one out of circ.

Update, I actually just got an 1806 Half Cent, only two more to go!

At that rate by the time you get to your holes in the post your 7070 thread you might already have filled them!
Rest in Peace

A very nice set! I'm only missing two as well in my 7070 so I've been hesitant to post. You're making me want to pull out the album and take some photos.
