Is this an example of machine damage? Or is it doubled? The areas I'm talking about are the top-left of the N and a little bit on the top of the O. Any help is appreciated!

Looks more like Die Deterioration to me.

Thanks! I'm trying to get a better feel for identifying the difference between things like this, and actual doubled dies! So thanks for the info!

I agree with the MD and probably exacerbated by some zinc rot (top of the N).

Note on the "O" in ONE is thinner in that area. Machine damaged. The devices near the rim is showing the Die Deterioration that John1 mentioned.
