Not a chance would it get ICCS MS64. Looks more like ICCS MS60. IMO

Wow! no it's not just you. I don't think it's MS 64 either. The thing with PCGS is that one factor of their grading is eye appeal so maybe that's why it got MS 64. Grading is very subjective anyways, everyone has a different opinion regarding the grade...

EF-45? I don't think I see any wear on this one. Lots of luster on this one. I am thinking more like MS-62.

The grades at PCGS were pretty generous that day

I say part of the coin is MS--the part where letters are has not been wiped...

The best ICCS would give this coin is MS-60 IMO

I just can't see a MS grading on this coin. Surprising, though for PCGS to be this far off.

I personally think that the grade of this coin would be a MS-60 BROWN it does not have enough lustre to be a MS-62 or higher.

Looks like slight wear here, would get 55 or 58 at ICCS. Even if it's MS, I see it being 60 or 61. PCGS is fairly generous though, even more so than NGC when grading Canadian stuff.
