I was sorting through a box full of old auction items, and ran across a ratty old wallet. I flipped it open and almost tossed it when I noticed a small snapped pocket. When I opened it, I found 5 old notes folded up and stuffed in it. Two are Canadian, the other three appear to be German. I'll put pics of the Canadian notes here, the others under the World section. What do you think?   |

Nice finds! The $2 appears to be close to VF, although it's hard to tell from pictures. Book value (DC-26L) on that note in VF is $275

Persistnt, the wallet was in a box of "crap" that I had in my storage shed, was probably a box of stuff I bought at an auction for 1 or 2 things I wanted. I do that a lot and just toss the "leftovers" in the shed to go through at a later date. I'll probably just put these on ebay this weekend as I don't collect them.. |
