I always thought the "bull head" series was a rather ugly interpretation of George III. He probably had the engraver beheaded. And cleaned or not, it is still a great looking coin. I rarely ever see one in this condition (except on ebay of course). I would not be surprised to see this come back with an XF or even AU grade. Report this Post to the Staff

In 1811 The Prince of Wales ( later George IV ) was named Prince Regent due to the Kings final battle against mental illness. The Prince had less interest in governing than his father.
