Just bought this and would like opinions. Can't crop properly on an I pad so I have to put the ebay item number 360938720304. I think it's ms 60 minimum maybe as high as 63. Thank you for any help. The good news is after battling my illness for 1 1/2 years I'm going back to work so I don't have to sell my coins anymore. Time to start replacing my collection. Thanks for your help

52 Raymond which bidder were you. I'll tell you I went $457.51. I tried to get him to end for $80.00 because sometimes they do. As many members know I have cancer and have been paying my medicine bills with the money I make or giving them to my niece the 12 year old know it all numismatist. She loves showing her friends a 3 cent silver with a large cent, half dollar and silver dollar and ask how the heck did this little guy survive. Really getting into it. I have incurible cancer but I'm going back to work anyway just to afford this time I spend with her. Moving to Bergen county so I can spend more time with her. Any way that was fun. And there is 182681167 cert from pcgs as ms 62 and I think mines better what do you think

I didn't even get my bid in. I went to push the button at the same time it went 255. I thought 257.57 would get it. I snipe with a few seconds left so it's either win or lose. I can't see the other one you posted, wouldn't come up. Hang in there, I wish you good luck my friend !

I just saw it and yours is better. Only thing that might hold it back are the spots.

Ha, I too was left out like 52Raymo had my bid ready, and as I clicked - I watched it swallow my bid up and leave me in the dust with no time left on the clock! Looks like a bunch of CCF'ers were wanting this one!

Glad one of you got it though. Back to hunting.

It's a nice coin, and popular variety. I have a low grade example. I do not believe this coin is MS. Probably AU55. The strike looks a bit weak and not a lot of luster from the picture. The stain below the bust holds it back too.

with the luster/details it looks AU.
I've been fortunate to spot a few on ebay that didn't go into bidding wars.

Congrats, good score. I don't personally own a DDO coin of any kind, and I think the first I will get will be the classic 1955/1955 DDO LWC. Love that one.

I assure you that is a DDO. It's one of the big DDOs for the whole series. The markers to the OP's coin match these to a T.

Yeah...I think you should see what the market will bear on this one.
If memory serves me correctly, I think Rick Snow sells a ~MS60 slabbed for around $1500 He's got an XF-40 (raw) for $300 now.
