Based on these photos, MS63 maybe 64 and semi-proof like.

Don't know that better pictures will be needed. MS64 as a floor, not a ceiling, MS65 absolutely possible, maybe with a "+" and/or "*" to boot.

Hit in front of the face will hold it to a 64, I have a similar '79-S recently graded that was held to 64PL for a smaller hit.
I do see some light hairlines under the chin that may be a cause for concern when considered with the angle. Surfaces look flashy, by the way, but not flashy enough for PL.

Very nice! MS-64 PL, no doubt it would have made MS-65 PL if it hadn't had not been for the mark in front of Liberty's nose.

MS64 with a very nice strike. Without the mark close to the nose, its a solid 65 stretching to 66.

MS64 not sure if the contrast is enough to warrant a PL designation.
