Worth a look:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1889-CC-PCG...em2c66f0a17c

PCGS population in this grade = 56.

Priced a bit over the top, I'd judge. Note there have been 45 (yes, that's forty-five) offers already.

I note that there may be something amiss just above Liberty's eye, but the coin doesn't seem to have taken much of a hit in its grading on account of it, so maybe it's just an artifact of the lighting.

Grading on the 1889-CC seems conservative. Might make 63 if submitted for an upgrade.

that the grade is rather conservative. The DMPL fields highlights all those little marks and chatter, and that's probably how it got a mere 62. I think it deserves a 63.

If you sent it to be reconsidered by PCGS and it made a 63, that would be a good deal... But risky.

Why would sending it to PCGS for reconsideration be risky? The coin is not removed from the holder when being reconsidered. If it doesn't upgrade you get it back just as you sent it in. If it does, you get a new holder and grade.
