Looks like it was at the bottom of the bag. Even if it were MS I wouldn't pay MS60 money for it. Maybe EF40 money?

I think the pics are hiding what may be bad hairlines on the reverse.

I agree with the two above. This looks like a coin to pass on to me.

Not a Morgan guy but does the CC mintmark look a little off to anyone else?

Looks a bit scrubbed clean. Yeah, I'd pass.

Craigslist=scammers list. This coin looks like it was scrubbed with a brillo brush. Don't even think of buying it.

Craigslist is already a risky option as it is. That coin appears to be MS but harshly scrabbed with a wire-brush and possible polished after. I wouldn't pay even EF money for this. Likely a very banged up coin in hand. That is, if it's even real. I agree with Joe, the CC mint mark looks way off to me. If it's real it's likely a common 1890 with an added CC. I would agree with the others and suggest you pass.

I wouldn't throw any more than $50 at this....then I'd throw it up on ebay and hope someone likes "shiny" coins and bids it up to around $85
