That coin appears to be MS but harshly scrabbed with a wire-brush and possible polished after. I wouldn't pay even EF money for this. Likely a very banged up coin in hand. That is, if it's even real. I agree with Joe, the CC mint mark looks way off to me. If it's real it's likely a common 1890 with an added CC. I would agree with the others and suggest you pass. Report this Post to the Staff
