I see numerous small hits on the reverse wording and it looks like a few on the cheek as well, so I say 63, but I may grade too harshly, because I would rather undergrade than overgrade. I still like it tho.

Buy the coin, not the slab. This shouldn't have even made 65. The cheek and the ONE CENT are the focal areas of the coin.
