From a technical standpoint, that little bit of flatness above the ear normally would limit it to MS64, but it has so much eye appeal and such minor chatter that MS65 wouldn't surprise me at all.

I might sound like a broken record on this point, but digital photography is not kind to big shiny silver coins.
MS 65, maybe 66.

 65+ imo, I just looked at a few of my 66s, they have a teeny bit less chatter
