How hard is it to find a 1990 Lincoln no S for sale? there's a few on ebay, but didn't see any at 2014 ANA. looks like they were expensive many years back, but never really recovered.

1990 no "S" would have to be a proof coin without a mint mark. There are a lot of no "S" cents out there. But they are from Philadelphia and are business strike coins. You would have to check proof sets to find one of these. Very hard to find.

The proof 90 no S cents were expensive a while back and still are. And they are still rare.
