I have had these for some time from my early days of collecting and before I learned lot about the counterfeits. None of them sounds silver but non magnetic. What do you think of them ?

1) 1848 Bavarian 2 gulden
Got this from ebay seller who owns a coins shop in Atlanta. Weight 21.21g which is exactly the spec weigh.

2) 1617-1618 Venice 70 Soldi(1/2 Scudo)
Got from local coin shop and weigh 15.72g. I think the spec weigh is 15.91g. plain edge.

3) 1638 Salzburg thaler
Bought on ebay from a pawn shop seller from Tenseness. Weighs 28.73g where spec weigh is 28.71g. plain edge.

The Bavarian coin looks fine, not familiar enough with the two earlier coins.

They all looks ok to me. I experience those very old coins do not sound like silver by ring test. SG is more accurate and specific to silver content of a coin. Henry

My experience with coins such as these is the collector's market is very limited for them, so modern forgeries are much less likely to be made than is the case with more popular items such as Morgans. If the weight is correcvt, that is a good indicator of authenticity, since contemporary counterfeits as a rule will not conform to the genuine article in this regard. I think you have little to worry about.

I have no real experience with this, but the edge on that Bavarian coins seems pretty unusual. I would think that a forger would focus on a coin with an easier/less distinctive edge

These Bavarian coins, as well as many other German States pieces, are commonly counterfeited in excellent quality actually. This particular one appears legit.

I don't like the 1638 coin at all. Those details are way too mushy.
I have one of these. It's sharp and clear with well defined details.

Thank you all, appreciate the comments. I am still torn on the 1638 as mysilveryears mentioned. I am tempted to send this to a TPG along with other two.
