Very nice! This would definitely bring some premium to a serial number collector. You can always put it up on ebay and see what you'll get for it.

This isn't binary, there is not a 0 or 1 in it. Looks more like hexidecimal to me.

A binary serial is any bill that has only two numbers appearing. Although you are technically correct because a TRUE binary should only have zeros and ones appearing.
