That is Die Deterioration. The die is moving into the VLDS creating strange looking devices near the rims. (Things just get uglier the longer this die is used.

Only if you wanted a VLDS coin. No premium that I can see for it. But always nice to have an example to show to other new ones about what is going on with your coin.

Not often I get to quote myself, but this is the coin shown in your last post that I commented on yesterday before the pics changed.

For me anyway I still think its strange enough to hold onto just for the unique deterioration design. Can't explain way, but I like it. Thanks, Doug.

Yes Halo....pictures had the same file names...and pictures were swapped. And yes I'll keep it still cause it's unique.
