I think it's EF45 to AU50 range.

Initially, I would say XF40, but I'm being swayed a bit by the higher estimates here, so maybe 45. The coin looks too worn for AU to me.

I'm with Prethen. Too much wear especially on the middle cord in the leaves (most have none!) to call it AU. EF40. Strong 'WE' though makes it desirable.
