The first picture is an 1888? All his coin are pretty suspect, I'd stay far, far away.

An 1888 with a goofy date. All his classic coin listings are gone. Were they taken down by ebay? That was very fast. Unfortunately if I detect a fake I can't do more than tell you guys here since I don't have ebay.

The picture looks over-exposed to probably hide the scuff marks were another mint mark was scrubbed away.

An actual 1895-P should be slabbed, and an auction would not start at $1. Run away.

EDIT - I see one valid auction for a 1895-P Morgan dollar NGC Proof 63, at a current bid of $31,000
