I think the reverse is strong enough to call it F12

Nice coin, I would go up to VF-20, I just think it has a little more details than Fine. F-15 would make sense too, but my bet is VF-20.

F15 I think it maybe a bit too rough to make a VF, but it's close.

IMO, a little tough to grade the obverse from the picture given but I'll go with VF-20 damaged.

I really think this was a tad undergraded. It looks like a choice Fine coin to me, F-15. All letters of liberty are partially visible....maybe the mark by the date brought it down a grade.
