Log in to Heritage and see what other patterns like this have sold for.

I'm sure the Seller knows exactly what it is worth and has priced it accordingly.

Ok...I looked and a PF 64 sold on HA in 2006 for 2300$.

I would imagine that in 2014 a PF 62 is not out of line at 1800$ as a retail price. Most likely, walking that coin in to a pattern dealer at a show you might be offered 1000 to 1500 for it.

Most likely as a 62 it has been over dipped, so take that into consideration. People just can't keep themselves from dipping these things.

This is not a very popular pattern although the mintage is fairly low. Looking at the other prices the seller has, I'd guess he knows exactly what he's doing. Wouldn't hurt to check auction prices though.

There's a PR65 on heritage right now: http://coins.ha.com/itm/patterns/18...rsCorner1210

This PR63 sold at Stacks for 3k: http://legacy.stacks.com/Lot/ItemDetail/77326

I would say that $1850 is not a bad price but I'm, sure you could haggle down to $1500.

Tough call. This one has a mintage of "over 50," and PCGS and NGC between them show over 80 slabbed. What that tells me is, the extant ones have seen a bunch of churn through the TPG's over the years. I suspect one in a 62 slab (half the known Pop is higher) is a "real" 62 and as such has distractions. The price isn't all that out of line - that's as close an estimation as is possible with so few transacted - but higher-grade examples aren't a usurious increase in price and I think that's the direction I'd go with this one. It's not a "once in ten years" sale.
