Hey, bought a 1913 Canadian half dollar in VG condition but cleaned so really G details condition. Worth in wholesale any more than spot?

Paid $8 for it.

Most George V coins are worth even slightly more than spot... you yourself said you paid $8 bucks for it... spot is less than that at current silver prices...

I think you did okay with this coin....

with the right pictures and description and a bit of luck you probably get about $ 12 on the bay.
IMO it is a VG8 without seeing the other side.
