For the Australians amongst us: This week from circulated rolls: - Barcelona $1 in Unc but unfortunately the reverse has been slightly damaged by the rolling machine
- a well worn Waltzing Matilda 'B' Mintmark
For the rest of the world: Both coins are non circulating legal tender and worth about $50 and $40 respectively in BU. It would seem I've come into possession of coins that have probably been stolen at some point of time.

Found a 1942 Wheat cent in surprisingly good condition. It is used, but not too worn!

1978 D Jefferson nickle. BU. When I first saw it, I thought it was a 2006. Over a quarter of a century old, and BU.

Just found and purchased a Proof 1857 Flying Eagle cent. Am sending it off to ANACS. I am thinking the grade will be PR AU58 or it may slide into a PR MS60 but I don't think so. I will post some photos as soon as it returns.

I believe its still possible to collect a nearly complete set of Jeffs from pocket change.
A couple years ago I helped our local humane society by collecting the money from donation banks they had placed in stores and restaurants around town. I went through the coins carefully while counting it, of course. I was able to put together a complete set of Jefferson nickels in about two months, although I admit I did have to buy a 1950-D and a few others. Also a set of Roosevelt dimes from 1965 to date was easy too.

this is the first one of these I have seen around here in circulation, but it is a 1953 Farthing. I got it from the corner store today when I purchased some gas and a pack of smokes and as soon as it was placed in my hand I knew something wasn't quite right with the size of it, because its a little bigger than a regular sized penny

janknez, Like you, I put together a set of Jeffersons (actually two sets) in just a few months. Had to buy the 1950 D.
Bryan1315, Many years ago I received a farthing in change. It caused me to want to collect them, and now I have a folder fairly complete of the more modern ones.
