I don't know what makes western Colorado such a hotbed for foreign coins, but I seem to find something every week.

Latest was tonight at a convenience store.

Passed off as a quarter.

English 10 Pence 1992.

I just opened a roll of quarters and found an error New Jersey. On the state side the letters N, S, E, and Y are missing. I was happy.

Hi, I just found a 1981 Denver minted penny. It looks brand new. I haven't started a Lincoln Cent folder yet, but I will keep this cent for when I buy a folder for them. Bye.

Hi, I collect the Statehood Quarters, but lately I have been looking for Washington quarters before the Statehood coins started. Today I found a 1971 Washington quarter in real good shape. I am keeping the old ones I find for when I buy an album for them someday. Bye.

A 1967 quarter, looks its age, and is 1 of 1,524,031,848 produced! Not very exciting, I know, but that's all I got for you because I haven't gotten anything fun lately in change...
Rest in Peace

Circulating coins of 1967 are special to me because our oldest son was born in that year. So I save all circulating coins with a 1967 date, and will give them to our son one of these days.

Interesting-Find-From-Circulation Not a bad idea Gary,
My son (the love of my life) was born in 1973. You've giving me another collection to concentrate on.

Thanks,
