SO just put the things up for sale and stop making it a game. They were also for sale for around 4 hours yesterday afternoon and then went back off sale...
They have to get their act together.....

Yeah so it seems that no one got the "Remind Me" notice possibly due to the fact that they were put on "Back Order" status and not actually 100% "Available for sale". That is just a guess though. Good luck to those that haven't yet gotten this coin!

I just placed an order to pick up some more before the next window closes. If the window stays open today, will we see a sell out today? Or do you think they are going to close the window again today and open up again at random times? The mint sure is making this interesting. Lots of questions and no real answers.

Like Teach said, this does make it interesting. Especially for people on the fence about buying the coin. Could this be the final, actual sell out? Or will they be back tomorrow for a while? I am at least glad I have my two sets so I don't have any regrets. :D

I just got the holiday catalog in the mail for the U.S. Mint. This set was in the catalog. Maybe they were saving a small stash for catalog mail orders.

I ordered mine yesterday and it still says processing order...I've never had an order say processing for so long ..Then when I go to order summary it says contact customer service..I contact customer service and they say everything is fine..I'm kind of worried that I'm not gonna get this set.

Wow I order my yesterday at 9 am at noon they sold out now today I got an email confirming my c&c set has been shipped out!!!

Based on what I am seeint , here is what I would bet is going on with their new system...
Systems goes out of stock and turns on the "out of stock" sign but no remind me until a Purchase Order for new inventory is confirmed. Once confirmed then the "Remind Me" turns on. When the product arrives at the distribution center and the Purchase Order is entered then product shows as "available to order". When the inventory entered is sold things go back to the start of this paragraph. Where the frustration comes in is that some of these deliveries to the distribution center may be for only a few hundred units, hence the on and off cycle of the order button
