Is a binomial...almost had all 3"s. Still a cool serial# that I myself would keep.

If it were mine, I'd keep it.
What's the denomination?

47P7:

The number is very close to being a solid....which is kinda cool. I don't think there will be a premium for the number...

I think the only denomination that went to Z as the second letter was the $1 note... Course I could be wrong.. There could be a replacement prefix with the second letter as Z..

The note is not mine, but there is 50/50 chance I might buy this collection. note is part of it.
If I do buy it, I will put it up here.

As I said, IF I buy the collection, I will probably put up a contest here.
and, whoever wins it will get it.
But first I have to get the collection. It is a estate matter and one side wants to sell, the other side wants to keep.
fact is, there are just a very few collectible coins in it. the rest is silver... but there is one...I really want.

Sorry guys, I did not buy this collection for obvious reasons.
after I told him what I would pay, he added 50% and said this is what he would sell it for since Silver is sure to go up.
I had made a really good offer. But seller got greedy.
I said NO.

Tell him that when the silver goes up, you buy it.

The only way you buy up every collection is with empty pockets....

Sometimes you just have to walk...

there is NO way I pay 80% of Current trends or 90% for the silver of current spot!
O know he will try and shop the stuff and will find out my offer was the best he had. there are not many choices here on the island, or the mainland.
BUT if he comes back, my offer will only be 75% of what I offered before. No negotiating on my side. take it or leave it. he thinks I really want it because of the TWO 1892 10 cent Large 9, both in about EF. nice and relative scarce coins.... but there are limits.
I made the mistake of pointing these and the 1884 obv 1 cent ( about VF) to him. I am fair and honest.
