Looks pretty solid to be! I'd go with 12 BN. I can't imagine the ding in front of the eye is enough for details...

I like the overall look and color. Good hair detail. Hit on the nose keeps it at 15.

Very nice coin!
I would grade it a F12.
If not for the "ding" on the nose I would bump it up to a F15.

I would have called it VF-20, but PCGS was probably accounting for the hit on the nose, so F-15 sounds fair. Great chocolatey surfaces!
