It's funny because I paid $1.50 at my local coin store for it. He has a box filled with low grade Indian cents and this one caught my eye. He let me take it anyway.

There's a bit of wear at the hair/ribbon junction and not much luster. I'm going with ~EF40. You got a great deal!

Looks like a very nice problem free IHC with a nice little die crack on the reverse. I would call it EF45 based on the wear on the ribbon, hair, and shield. Great cherry picking!

This could be a minor Snow variety. S5 has repunching at the base of the 1, 9 and 0. S13 had repunching at the base of the 1 and 0. I am not sure if I see this on your coin or it is just crud around the digits. A close up of the date might help. Either way it is a nice coin.
