I am sure I have seen loads of these, now that I have one to identify, I can't find any I have googled, wildwinds, acsearch, coinproject, vcoins and can find nothing. Any suggestions? 12mm 1.2g I have assumed the reverse is a dove.

Wouldn't a dove's wings be straighter? I am thinking, maybe Eagle or Dragon

Not a lot of meat on it for a turkey. Doesn't appear to be bald, so probably not a vulture. Has to be able to flap those wings.

thanks, could be Apollo. Still can't find it. I suspect it is Sikyon.

There is one coin (bronze) in wildwinds and two AR that are similar (Sikyon) but all right facing.

Maybe not Apollo. Searched just for "dove" and came up empty.

Looking at the style of wings, there are similar coins from Akragas in Sicily.

Now that has given me food for thought. I might put it in soak until the new year and see if any more details become apparent. Thanks Medieval.

Had a closer look at the obverse. Have a close look with a loupe right of the head - am I wrong or is there something like "GA" visible?

I think those are ties from the laurel wreath, or whatever the head gear is.
