Again I will say it is impossible to grade a high grade coin from a picture, but I will suggest MS/62RB. Is it a 7 over 7? it looks like a bit of a tail peaking below the seven.

Easily graded as an MS coin in today's market..IMHO..

The eyebrow is too good to go down under an MS ,..at least from these internet pics..and the rims look really nice and mark free..

....and I just noticed a nice reverse die clash above the ONE...very cool...

nice looking coin, colour is fairly pleasing, a few light corrosion spots that look like they have been played with, good strike ,no problems ,MS62RB from this grading desk.
