this is a 1958P with what I find to be sort of interesting damage. I am posting this because I find it interesting, and I am really trying to get better images - than I have posted in the past.

the rim has had some kind of contact damage - but what I find interesting is the top part if the "I" and "N" have been moved and show up on the rim, above and to the right of the letters.

The L in Liberty looks strange and there seems to be a piece of the collar missing by the N.

Keep in mind at that time there were many vending machines for gum balls, peanuts and other things being used then. Thus the machine could damage a lot of coins then. If something like sand or dirt got into the meck, then it could put pressure on one side of the coin and turning could damage the coin.
