What is a VAM that I keep reading about, and you guys keep talking about

VAM is a term used for Morgan and Peace dollars. There are specific numbers that are assigned to each different die varieties with different attributes. VAM comes from the two guys that wrote the VAM book Leroy Van Allen and George Mallis
