Please enjoy my eye candy. Quote: A "bridge die" in this context is a die used on both the 1859 narrow 9 reverse and the 1859 over 8 reverse. As you know Obverse and Reverse dies were replaced and used independently of each other, for example a given obverse may have been paired with 2 or more different reverses. In 3 cases that are known at present a given obverse was paired with at least one 1859/8 and at least one 1859 narrow 9. REV Die Cracks leaf 3,5,6,7,13,14, OBV Die crack R and triple G Yes its baggy, but who cares its UNIQUE. cheers Don Cheers Don

Nice Haxby Obverse 1a1 / Reverse E2. A mighty tough variety. I have only 1 and it is of a considerably lower grade than yours. Good find.

That triple "G" is really dramatic.. I have found one W9/8 with a strong triple "G"..I think that it's an RD6-OG3 ..(is this correct?) Should I post pics of my W9/8 here for a verification..? ...and thanks for that important info on "a bridge die".. I also have one RD7-OB10.. DEVLEC.. . .
