no evidence of circ on the highpoints, the rim I believe is from minting(I had an 1874H 10 cent with a similar looking rim, poss die tooling). AU58-MS60

I agree with Md guy.
Rim is a minting problem. I have several silver coins with the same looking rim but it does not seem to affect the grading as they still got a
MS grade. I would say yours is high AU-MS.
