I just received a proof Liberty Seated half dime in the mail today to "complete" my set of proof Liberty Seated coinage. I say "complete" because I do not have a proof Liberty Seated dollar and may never actually get one due to the cost (although some of the later ones may not be too far out of my price range in lower grades). The Half Dime was on my short list of coins to look for at coin shows this year, but I happened to find exactly the grade and price I was looking for at an online auction last week and snapped it up.

Anyway, without further ado:

And here is a video I shot to show how reflective they are:

Very nice indeed! Congrats! I'm finishing up 3 other collections but after seeing yours, I just might start a circulated, seated liberty collection. Maybe start with the Half Dimes.

Congrats again!

Nice set, but, where's the proof seated 20 cent?

Did they make those? I'll have to see how affordable they are. Considering how expensive the regular 20 cent coins are, I'm guessing not very affordable...

Wow Nice coins.

I am going to attempt an 1883 proof set - currently I have 4 coins. Unfortunately, it is going to be an expensive road.

I think technically the Trade dollar is considered a Seated Liberty also.

Outstanding proofs! That 1882 dime looks like it should be a cameo. Sweet!

The obverse of the Trade dollar is Liberty and she is seated. I am basically remembering a discussion some time back on this question, though I do not recall the thread. However, I am not an authority on the question, and I suppose that it would be personal preference if you wanted to include the Trade dollar as a Seated Liberty variety

Let's not distract too much from barryg's coins...
Rest in Peace

1875 and 1876 Proof are not ridiculous in PF-60/61, but certainly not cheap. An AU 1875 or 1876 would be be in line with what you likely paid for the others in this set.
