I am thinking this is a rim Cud on the Obverse - Am I correct? Could this be an early stage of CU-1c-1984-06? Also, on the Reverse, is that a linear plating bubble and polishing lines to the left of the memorial (or are they also linear plating bubbles)? Thanks for your help. Thank you John 1. I did not think of either one of those. With regard to the reverse, as I look at an overlay...I guess that it could be a die clash line if the die is rotated a few degrees - is that possible?

Yes, the reverse arrow is, as John1 said, a clash. Most of all the clashes I've seen are rotated a few degrees. Not a whole lot, but a few.

Thanks, Jay! I know that clashes are no big deal to most on the forum - but this is the first one I've found! You guys made my day!

Nice find. Trust me -- if I ever find one, I'll be doing the fruity dance of joy too! But this one's for you!

Thanks, Buddy - I do the Apple, because that is my last name!

With a last name like Apple, I think I would have an overwhelming urge to name my pets Golden Delicious or Granny Smith. LOL
