Austria, I believe. Not sure which mint "S" mintmark indicates. Here's a very nice 3 Kreutzer I found on CoinArchives (different mint):

Austria 1 Kreuzer, S mint mark is Schmollnitz Hungary, KM#2112. Fine condition $2.00 US.

It's easy to get the two mixed up. I have a bunch of pfennigs I've been going through and while trying to identify some of my other coins I was given a website (http://www.austriancoins.com/coins.html) where I found out that several coins I had assumed to be German...were actually Austrian. I'm still new to the dark side. I have much to learn.

Edit: Spelled Pfennig wrong the first time. lol.
