That's a nice coin. Either high AU or low MS imo. Possible pvc damage, a good acetone soak might help.

Yeah definitely PVC damage. Someone gave me some coins to go through. These four coins were kept in a bad flip for maybe 20 years or so. It's a shame.

Yeah. I've never used acetone before. Did my research though. Hopefully I can pick some up tomorrow and give it a try.

Not an MS coin, because there a few tiny flat spots of wear.
AU50. The green certainly does not help, and would result in 'details'.
