To me it appears as coin contact on the mint mark. Note the devices on the date. They are flattened on the tops of these devices. On the mint mark you can see an upward push on the mint mark with a higher area pushed north on the mint mark. I see no evidence of spread between punches, no enlargement of overall size of the mint mark. Just a push to the north. PSD during circulation.
