Pretty rough IHC with some corrosion and environmental damage. I've been looking at it too long and need second opinions.

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Just typical corrosion. Sometimes it eats away at the devices and makes things look sort of doubled when they're really not.

Can't be confident. Even with the corrosion, the nub on the bottom left of the 8 ought to show.

Look for signs of a Cud at about 8 o'clock obverse.

Should be evident even with the corrosion.
Has to be there for a genuine coin.

A full obverse pic would really help.

I doubt it very much, but a full photo of the obverse would show us the date position and the Cud at 8-9:00 o'clock if it is there.

I would say most likely not. That bit of corrosion that appears to be a knob is to far to the left. A pic of the full front of the coin would make it much easier to tell.

Nope. I see nothing that looks even remotely close to an 8/7.

Take a look on the reverse to see if there is a die break leading upward from the rim (about 7.30 ish) to the wreath point opposite the C of cent or a small Cud over United. If so then thats gotta be a good sign I believe.
