I always get some nice coin from this LCS so its hard not to walk out without buying something. I packaged these six coins together and paid 10$ no tax.

This 1973 SB is PL and hard for me to photograph

This 1970 beaver is still sealed and the lines are from the plastic. I love 1970 nickles.

Nice coins! I have been wanting to start collecting proof penny's but I always have a hard time figuring out what a good price to pay for a single coin is.

if that 1963 is a business strike I would say its worthy of an ICCS submission.

I agree with the Dollarman on the 1963 Penny.

Solarpenny when I go after proof, specimen and PL pennies I never pay over 2$, I can usualy bargain a buck or less, kinda why I go after them. The 1963 penny was marked PL and had a 1$ scratched out. The mountie quarter was marked PL and he initialy said 15$ with the mountie worth 4$. I gave him an unhappy look and he said 10$ for all cause I always buy something, so he dropped 33% fairly fast. I like getting singles cause you can group them together and maybe get a better deal. This the same dealer who sold me a 1970 pl set couple weeks back for 3$.

Thanks denny! I'll have to start keeping an eye out for those penny proofs. I have only ever collected the 50 cent proofs but I was paying roughly $2 each for those as well.

This LCS actualy has a box full of proof and PL singles which I didn't know was there at first and I feel he just wants to move them out hence the good prices. Always check out the "junk" bins at coin shows and LCS as I have found alot of good deals on sealed singles sitting at the bottom of these piles.
