The other day, I went to my coin shop. I searched through the 1964 Roosevelt dimes and I found this one coin in AU/MS condition with a die crack running through Roosevelt's face. One of the staff seller had a magnifier and I showed him the coin to reconfirm. He agreed that it's a die crack.... At the end.... I didn't pay attention and he dropped it back in the box.....

Does that type of die crack happened a lot? Does it command any premium? Should I go back there and search through the whole box again for that coin?

Thanks guys.

Usually no real premium for die cracks. I wouldn't worry about it.
